I Am Enough
I AM ENOUGH! The power of this mantra can transform you from feeling unworthy to the magnificence of your own personal power!
By accepting that you are enough, you are able to love who you are. And we're all about loving yourself. When you accept that you are good enough as you are, you can spend your time and energy on giving and receiving that which you deserve.
🌺 - Never compare yourself to others - No matter how well you're doing, comparing yourself to other people takes your eyes off of you and your goals. And it can cause you to feel bad about how you're doing because there will always be someone who you perceive that LOOKS happier, wealthier, healthier or more successful. But are they? Stay in your own lane and focus on you!
🌺 - Use your memory to help you shift - Recall someone who inspired you to change your life. Remember your favorite place on the planet or a heartfelt moment. Think back to a time you made a courageous choice. Think about the achievements you have. These subtle shifts can make you feel warm and full.
🌺 - Random acts of kindness - Give an unexpected compliment. Lend a helping hand to someone in need. Let someone cut in front of you in line. Slow down so someone can merge in front of you in traffic. Let someone else take that primo parking spot. All these suggestions lead you to feeling more confident in yourself.

My boyfriend Nick and I caught your booth at the Napili farmers market last Saturday and just fell in love with you ladies, your gorgeous daughter and your magnificent products! I just have to have back ups for what I bought already and already stole his cleansing oil!
